Don't know who Jane Hathaway is in the harry pottr books but in the 
US there was a sitcom on tv called the Beverly Hillbillys ad Jane 
Hathaway was Mr. Drysdales secretary at the bank.  is that who your 
looking for?  I think the actress who played her died though.
