The only difference is, I have yet to see the title Half Blood Prince written with a hyphen and I'm presuming, or assuming, that JKR has done that for a reason.

I don't believe, for a second, that Draco is the HBP.  It was just a thought that passed through my mind, while not in the shower, as I was reading that bit of OotP.
