Well, I'm not so sure ;)

Miscommunication is a very common thing, especially between
males and females.

Most, or many men, prefer the straight forward type of
communication, while many women don't, and expect others to
understand what they are getting at by reading between the
lines, tone of voice, and such.

I've talked to guys from school many years later, who never
realized that a girl liked them, even though the girl
thought she was making it obvious.

And Hermione has a pretty abrasive personality on top of it.

I also agree, with whoever said that Hermione isn't
comfortable with her feelings for Ron, and is trying to talk
herself out of them, in a way.
And is getting annoyed with Ron's cluelessness...
