Why do we always gang up on Sirius?

There is a fair point I suppose about that, but I am mad at him nonetheless. He should have known that he had to be a bit responsible with his life as he, for Harry, was the one thing that made him feel like he was not alone when others went home. There was that hope that one day he will be cleared and there will be a stage where he can have that father person to go shopping with or whatever he may feel needs from adult support-wise. Yes I know he has the Weasleys, but it is not the same. And if you ask me, now he is going to blame himself and not feel like a kid. Then there is that feeling where he might feel like anyone who comes close to him will leave. I mean maybe that is the case with Snape. But that is another discussion all together.
