Yeah, and it's also one of the memory flashes Harry has with Snape.  
Why bring it up twice in OotP?  I also wondered why Harry didn't get 
a flash of her petrified, as that was a much worse situation.  If it 
was an unimportant bit used for a little fun and humor in CoS, why 
would it ever be brought up again?
