  kandbmom:  She doesn't mention about the OoP guard not being 
there.  It is obvious that there is no security in the entire 
building because Harry thinks that someone will hear the elevator/lift 
to the DOM floor.  We can guess that they were either killed by DEs 
or told to leave under the Imperius curse.  Unless, whoever was to 
stand guard is a spy on the inside of the OoP, which is bound to 
happen at some point.
