Interesting idea. I had never thought of Lily as having *power* in 
that sense. In fact, I'd noticed the same passage the other day and 
wondered if it foreshadowed Percy's own ambition in later books - and 
possibly a brush (or more) with Death Eaters in pursuit of that 
power.
