There's also this point, nitpicky as it is. But the whole reverse
spell effect comes only if two brother wands are forced to duel each
other. I've read the speculation that Harry might use another
wizard's wand to fight, so what if either he or LV lost their own
wands at a critical juncture and then...something happens.
