No Andrew I don't believe you *are* stupid, neither you nor anyone
else, just because you happen to be American. And I sure don't think
that JKR is stupid either, just because she was born in the UK. But
you sure *acted* stupidly on that one. My English might not be
perfect, but I at least know the difference between "different" and
"better".
Re-read my post, especially the paragraph you quoted, and tell me
where *ever* I said that French is better than American !!
If I *really* thought that American and British people are stupid and
don't understand what the HP books are about, I wouldn't be *here*
discussing them : I would discuss them on my own French group, with
fellow French "enlightened" people.
Del, who hopes the Elves won't mind her answering on-list, because
this one *really* hurt.
