My understanding was that the 3 Riddles were: 
1. Grandma Riddle
2. Grandpa Riddle
3. Dad Riddle (also named Tom)

Yes, that's it exactly! I'm pretty sure Tom (Jr.) grew up in a
orphanage because his father left his mother (because she was a witch)
and his mother died, leaving him alone.
