Sorry to be morbid, but perhaps the veil effects people who have
been *enticed* by the idea of dying. Wanting to end their
suffering. Harry--well, his suffering is quite obvious. Neville--
insane parents, growing up with Gram and perhaps low self esteem.
Luna--the death of her Mum. Ginny--during the whole Riddle
experience.
Just tossin' it out there.
