Ginny and the entrancing Veil

Here's my two cents.  Could it be a small revelation of an ability of 
Ginny's yet to come.  Empath, seer...something along those lines.  
Then she would have to be very in tune to what is happening about 
her.  It might be latent and coming to life in very traumatic 
situations, i.e. the veil.  - Hez
