Angie replies, hating to belabor the obvious:
 Just because the rule has been followed up to this point with only 
two exceptions does not mean there are not other exceptions that JKR 
has not yet revealed.  Maybe I'm making too much of it, but the issue 
of Apparation keeps coming up, forcing Hermione to "remind" everyone 
that you can't Apparate.  I think Hermione is going to learn you 
can't believe everything you read in books.
