Really?  Draco too?  I see Draco surviving but severely punished.  
The death of his father, the family name disgraced, perhaps even his 
inheritance gone.  Draco being forced to accept a life he never 
imagined he'd have to live.  I guess I want to teach Draco a lesson 
rather then kill him.
