Jen: I think the first part of the Prophecy has been fulfilled, too.
There's debate whether Harry was really the one to vanquish
Voldemort at Godric's Hollow because of Lily's sacrifice, but to me
it doesn't matter: He only needs to have the "power to vanquish" to
fulfill that line of the prophecy.
This power to vanquish could be so many things, it could be
something inherent within Harry, it could be is uncanny ability to
draw people, objects, etc. to help him when he needs them most (my
personal favorite). It could be something we haven't seen yet.
So, I agree with you Aggie, even though Duffypoo is making some
great analysis and arguments for the alternative reading!
