In Chapter 7 of The Goblet of Fire Mr. Weasley sends Ron, 
Hermione and Harry to get water while the rest gather wood.  

Then in Chapter 9 when the Death Eaters are on the March, Ron 
Hermione and Harry get separated from Fred, George and Ginny.  It is 
possible that one of the twins had a time turner and used it at this 
time.  All they would have had to do is say how the Quidditch match 
ended and then the twins in Chapter 7 could place the bet that the 
twins in chapter 9 told them to make.
