Actually, as I believe someone posted, you can actually see video of 
her saying this. On Reuters, I believe.

I honestly think it is something visual, or improvised, and not 
something that was in the script. First of all, because she 
attributes it soley to Cuaron, and not to Kloves. Furthermore, she 
would have known what was in the script some time ago, and not have 
been surprised by seeing it onscreen.

My own candidates:

1) The face in the crystal ball, which may point either to some kind 
of way of contacting Sirius, or some use of Sirius' mirror for 
something else entirely.

2) Snape protecting the kids from the werewolf.

3) R/Hr.
