Jen: I was hoping it would be Dudley, so we'd get a description of 
Vernon's face when Dudders does magic for the first time!! But, 
since JKR said "quite late in life", my guess is Petunia or Mrs. 
Figg.

That reminds me, has Trelawney ever done magic? I can't recall 
anything at the moment. I'd bet money on her, too.
