Possible candidates for late-learners include Mrs. Figg and Mr. 
Filch, the squibs.  I'd put my money on Arabella, on the premise 
that Harry gravitates towards spending more time w/ her this summer, 
now that he knows of her connection to the magical world.

When is book six due to be published, anyway?
