And according to JKR's own notes (see at 
http://www.fictionalley.org/harryandme/ ), at least one half-blood currently in Slytherin - see Bulstrode, M.  
There may be more, of course - we only see a small part of her notes here.

And of course, that ruddy Hat seemed to have no problem with the idea of 
half-blood Harry in that House...
