Just a brief comment. There is a reason, why  in the criminal cases 
children often get different punishment than if the adult commits the 
same crime.
There is a reason why if civil case is tried and negligence is an 
issue, the trier of fact often told to use not the "reasonable person 
standard", but the "standard of reasonable child or teenager..."


It is not my intention to go all patronising on you , Talia, but yes, 
age has everything to do with it. :o)
