The way I took the room of Requirement was this.  In order for it to 
appear, the person would have to have a need for it.  Since there 
will no longer be a need for that particular room (Umbridge is gone) 
then it will disappear, until the next person needs something.  Be 
it a broom closet to hide in, or a room full of chamber pots or even 
an elfish recovery room :P
