Geoff:
Not in the book. Here, the Trio have gone out to Hagrid's place under 
the Invisibility Cloak and there i no reference to Draco.

I've only seen the film once so far and don't recall him or his 
cronies being around at the time. The Trio are behind the pumpkins at 
that point.
