GEO: How do we know that he hasn't already gotten a secure
headquarters. So far we've heard nothing of his previous hq in the
last war. Perhaps he's gone back to using it.

GEO: He already has his remaining DEs and an army of the remaining
giants and dementors so he seems to be a pretty potent force. If
Rowling remains consistent then I'm guessing that we'll be seeing
those who will be allying out of fear soon in Book VI.

GEO: I do believe Rowling was trying to play on the WW2 parallels
with Fudge in the position of Chamberlain as the one who'd refuse to
acknowledge the threat of Hitler and Germany.
