Janelle:
I was thinking along the lines of death but you could definitely make 
an argument that these people are victimized.  Ginny, the innocent 
first year fits.  Harry seems too important, too central, to be seen 
as a victim in the same way as the others.

I interpreted the centaurs to be talking about the upcoming war, not 
the last one and so Lily wouldn't work because she was killed during 
the last war, at the end of it too.
