I've always had the impression that ALL students arrive on the Express.
Seamus is Irish (presuming his folks still live in Ireland) and that's closer to
Scotland than London.
Perhaps the students that have the furthest distance to travel to get to
London are portkeyed into a safe spot. . like they did for the QWC?
