Well, Cedric's parents show up in GOF, but they were also involved with the
plot.  Also, in Gof, you see Seamus Finnigan's mum,   Wood's parents are
mentioned, too.

I tend to think there is more mentioning of Wizarding parents than muggle,
too, except in cases where plot is really important.
