Time Turner headache

Bren: I think so.  Didn't Ron ask Dean/Seamus (Sorry, can't remember 
who exactly) whether Hermione was in Arithemancy (or some other class 
that she had schedule conflict with) in the beginning of PoA?  I 
think the answer Ron got was Yes, she was in that class.

I'm so confused when it comes to time-turner as well.  One moment I 
think I understand it and next I'm confused all over again.  But then 
I ask, how can you *possibly* kill someone with a wooden stick from a 
distant?  To quote my favorite line from CoS -- "It's just like 
magic!!"
