I also think Neville is going to play a big role in things to come.
I've always wondered about his powers being suppressed, but if that
were the case, why was his family so relieved when he went bouncing
down the sidewalk after Uncle Algy dropped him from the balcony?
This leads me to believe that someone other than his gran or uncle
is suppressing his memory/powers, if they are indeed being
suppressed. I also think the suppression of his powers would be
more than simply having his father's wand, given that his family was
looking for evidence of magic prior to his enrolling in Hogwarts.
Unless, are children of wizarding families able to experiment with
wands prior to school?
