HP and the Title Character of Book 6

And me: 

If this is indeed the title of Book 6, my immediate thought was Dudley.
I read digest, and this is the last Digest I've gotten, so forgive me if
someone's already put Dud's name on the block. Lots of people have
speculated that Dudley could be the one who is the magical late
bloomer... or that his magical abilities have been contained and hidden
all this time. I think the "prince" part could be because he is a
prince, at least to his parents... a Half Blood Prince. It would make
sense to me, since Petunia knows more than she lets on, and as many have
said it's possible there were other wizarding folk in the Evans family
tree, which is why their parents were so excited that they had a witch
in the family.
