Jen: Harry would be a full-blood wizard, but not a pure-blood 
wizard. We're not really given any information how far back you have 
to go to become 'pure-blood', but I'm sure Lucius knows the magical 
number ;). 

I can't remember if full-blood is a term JKR used, or one that was 
invented around here, but it seems like a good description for 
someone like Harry with two magical parents.
