The Jim Dale audio recording has James come first, and my Braille copy,
which was embossed soon after the release of the book, but I don't know from
which hard cover version, also says James.  Since the Braille version I have
was done in the US, I'm guessing they must have used a US edition.  I heard
an interview with Jim Dale, after GOF came out, in which he said he was
given a few pages at a time to record, never the entire book.  The audio
version was released as soon as the hard cover, and it doesn't even have a
title.  He just says, "This is the reading of the fourth book in JK
Rowling's Harry Potter series..."
