Err? I thought it was canon from OoP that Arthur will be the Minister 
of Magic at the end of series? (Ron jokingly says something to the 
effect of "chance of that happening is the same as my dad becoming 
MoM"). Surely, the Wizards aren't give this title posthumously?!?!
