I have a UK paperback of GoF and it has the Lily/James
sequence, too. Also bought in 2002.
It doesn't say which edition this one is, only that
the book was first published in the UK 2000.
At the bottom of the page is there a series of numbers
from one to twenty. Maybe I have the 20th edition??
