Is this canon, Pippin, or are you speculating?  Much as it grieves 
Kneasy that anyone is in this camp, I am one who LIKES Sirius, and 
still, I frankly can't imagine his caring as much as what you're 
saying.  And I can't recall reading this in OoP....
