Don't you think it would be very insulting to Harry? He has played 
very well, and will be on the team for the sixth year. Then to have 
someone who's on their second year and has only played one good game, 
after the previous lousy games, be his captain?  

Harry didn't get to be prefect, but he does deserve to be Quidditch 
captain, unless of course, he doesn't want to be.
