Voldemort specifically states, IIRC, that the "faithful servant at Hogwarts" 
is the one who arranged for Harry to be present at the graveyard get-together. 
 Later, Batty Baby Barty makes it clear that it was he who made those 
arrangements - turning the Cup into a portkey programmed to take Harry to Little 
Hangleton.  IMHO, this identifies Barty as the "faithful servant".
