I agree; I don't think we know who the girl will be, but I think there will be someone.
There's been too much talk in the books about who Harry's interested, and who's 
interested in him. I keep changing my mind about who it is--one of the usual suspects 
above, or someone altogether different. Personally, I'm thinking it would be nice for Harry 
to have to pursue Ginny, if even for a little bit; it's a bit Freudian (she's a red-head, like his 
mum), but some sort of pay-off for her adoration at the beginning would be nice...
