You stopped short a step - you must add 5+5=10=1+0=1.

Actually, adding the middle name, it's

9+6+5+1+3+4+2+9+3+9+3+1+5+5+1+1+3+5+7 = 82 = 8+2 = 10 = 1+0 = 1

Same outcome, but with the full name.

In numerology, one reduces all totals to single digits, by continuing to add 
digits together.  The only exceptions are totals of 11, 22, or 33, which are 
referred to as Master numbers.

(Hmmm....does Severus have a middle name, I wonder?   Without one, he, too, 
is a 1...)
