This could well play into the theory that Dudley is a latent wizard, 
and his trigger would be his mother's death and the possible 
disownment by his father.  In which case does anyone think it's 
possible for Dumbledore to assume responsibility for both boys, 
leaving Dudley at Hogwart's?
