I don't think it's any of these. For two reasons:

1.) JKR would have told us. In the Chat she said, that we'll find 
out. If it were, for example the Ton-Tongue Toffee, she could have 
told us. But it must be something Harry and the reader don't know 
about.

2.) Dudley would have told his parents. But again, he didn't. That's 
a clear hint, IMO, that it's something Vernon and Petunia also don't 
know about.

You know, I am really, really interested in this plot point. Dudley's 
terrible secret. *g*
