In relation to Sue's theory, I have two additional questions: does Voldemort share DD's ability to see through invisibility cloaks, and does Snape share DD's ability to become invisible without a cloak?

Was it ruled out by canon that Snape wasn't in the graveyard when the DEs were summoned? I thought LV passed over a few of the DEs without comment, or something like that. I thought it might be logical that Snape DID show up, but LV didn't want to "unmask" his Hogwarts mole in front of the others . . .
