Dudley's Worst Memory

Hi all
I have not really been following this thread but couldn't Dudley's 
worst memory be when he preformed magic in the past? Growing up in a 
household where the M word is forbidden would cause Dudley to look 
back on times that he performed magic shamefully. His worst memories 
could mean that he is the one who will develop magic later in life. 
As much as I do not want to think about Dudley doing magic, it fits. 
Also I am sorry if someone already has said this, cause it would 
have been a waste of valuable replying time to read this.
