Potioncat, I really have to agree with you. Very good points.  I 
concede that someone besides Kreacher may have been doing the 
poisoning, but I still think it's possible that Kreacher did it.  As 
I stated in another post, House Elves seem to be able to stretch the 
rules a bit now and then.
