silver badges in the shape of that seemed to be crowns.

P 414  Dolores Umbridge was standing in the doorway wrapped in a 
green tweed cloak that greatly enhanced her resemlance to a giant 
toad.

P 446  She was a few feet away from Harry, wearing her green hat and 
cloak again, her clipboard at the ready.
