Potioncat again:
I'll admit, I don't want it to be pride that has caused this rift in 
the Weasley family.  So maybe I'm grasping at straws here.  I would 
prefer it to be that Percy is working for the Order and has used the 
rift as his cover. (And I'm sticking to that story until it is 
disproved by JKR, herself)  At any rate, I hope we see a reunion 
before the end of the series.

Also, sorry for misspelling Pippin in the first post.
