There was a lot of discussion on Mark Evans way back. I did post a 
summary which might help under the thread title "The Whole Evans 
Theory (longish)" which was message 85255. Again, if you can 
persevere wading back through masses of blank returns, try 
entering "Mark Evans" into the Yahoo search facility and keep 
tracking back into the low 80000 series message numbers.
