In OotP, what was happening in the room with Rockwood moments
before
Harry went to sleep and melded with Voldemort? What was happening
just moments after? Was the reason Snape was so upset about that
because he almost saw something that would have created some real
problems? Perhaps Snape was in that room too? If this is the case
what would the problems be and for whom? Snape lovers? Snape
doubters?

Sue, can you give a chapter for this? I don't recall which incident
it was and I'd like to read it while I sit in the sun on the fence.
And should we change the name of this post, I'm not sure how to.

Okay here's the chapter and some apologetic back peddling along with
it...
It is OotP US pg. 590-593, the section where he goes into Snape's
mind. Apparently, I misremembered the exchange (much hem kissing and
begging for forgiveness). It was Harry's vision of the circular room
that caused Snape to get *really* angry.

Now that I am re-reading the section I wonder something else
entirely. Was Snape "looking furious" because as he was pushing into
Harry's mind Voldemort was there also? If Harry went farther than he
had ever gone before how did he get there at that particular moment
if V wasn't paying him a visit? Rather bad situation for Snape
meeting the Dark Lord in Harry's mind...

So...new questions, new thread subject. Thanks Potioncat!

Sue

P.S. I still wonder about what would happen if Harry got invited into
Voldie's mind when Snape was paying HIM a visit.
