Why Percy?  Why not Bill?  In my way of thinking, there are a lot of 
similarities between Dumbledore and Bill--as far as personality 
goes.  Bill definitely wouldn't know as much as Ron does, so the 
question of why Albus is so in the dark concerning the Animagi, etc, 
could be answered.  

I mean, honestly, I think it's more likely to be Ron than Bill--
particularly since I read OoP...there was much less from Bill than I 
had hoped.  But why discount him?

Oh, and "As for Aberforth, I think he is Sirius, but that would take 
too much to explain."  No!  Explain!  Please!  You can't just say 
that and walk away!!!
