Below is a site with an article about Snape that talks about how 
fans "redefine" some of Snape's characteristics.."aquilline" nose, 
for example.  It looks at both canon Snape and Rickman Snape.
But I would have to say, the way JKR describes him, he doesn't sound 
too attractive.
